People of yesterday did not worry about their fitness as much as the people of the present do. This is mainly due to the fact that a particular group of people engages more and more in a new found activity known as leisure. Today people are more worried about their health as never before, and the saying that health is wealth, has found a newfound importance altogether. As more and more people are becoming conscious of their fitness and health, the business of fitness industry are also blooming with increased vigour. In every city we can find many fitness centres and gyms coming up, and they are seldom devoid of customers, but the other way around. This has been a convenience for the well to do families who can shell out good amount of money and has the free time. But what about the section of the people, who lack the extra buck in their pocket, or the people without sufficient time to go to this gyms. For such kind of people a new trend of exercises known as FREE HAND exercise is the need of the hour. The trend of FREE HAND EXERCISE has been gaining popularity for some time now and people are becoming more and more creative to make these exercises worthwhile and enjoyable for the people. For those people who does not know about FREE HAND EXERCISE: this is the type of exercise which is done with free hands, i.e. without equipment or weight. In order to strengthen our muscles, we need to put up some resistance to it. In weight training the resistance is given in the form of the weight, for e.g. dumbbell, barbell etc. In free hand exercise the resistance to the muscles are provided by our own body weight and body movements, e.g. Push up, squat, pull ups etc.
In order to perform these exercises we just need to gather some knowledge of the functioning of our muscles and the correct ways to perform exercises, which can be easily gained through internet and YouTube. One of the benefits of FREE HAND EXERCISE is that the variation of these exercise rest in the creativity of the people, anyone can find new ways to perform these exercise, provided that this exercises are performed with proper musculoskeletal and scientific knowledge and does not cause injuries.
